Introducing the PUMA Re-Suede

PUMA´s most substainable shoe ever, made with recycle and eco-friendly materials. The PUMA Re-Suede is the younger brother of the original PUMA Suede from 1968. Featuring synthetic suede made out of recycled polyester (solar panel and plasma TV straps to be exact). The outsole is made from natural rubber and rice husk, a natural bi-product of the food industry. Even the sockliner, sub-lining and the laces are made from recycled materials. Add it all up and you get a shoe that weighs in at 140g - which is 5.2oz less than the original. Add that up again and you’ll find that the PUMA Re-Suede saves 15 tons for every ten thousand pairs shipped, dramatically cutting the amount of fossil fuels used and total carbon footprint. It also comes in PUMA´s Clever Little Bag, PUMA´s latest and most sustainable packaging.
